Services

I returned from Ottawa, Canada in May 2016 with the aim of setting up my own business. I am now based in Ulverston, Cumbria and i'm looking to undertake bespoke commissions as well as produce masonry and carved work. I am keen to work on site based contracts anywhere within the UK.

I can offer the following services:

Carving bespoke designs or producing new or replica Architectural masonry and carved details in my worksjop in Ulverston.

Various stone cleaning methods.

​

Experienced using Natural Lime for building,         re pointing and repairs.

​

Consultancy on any aspect of stonework

​

Rebuilding/replacement of architectural stonework to maintain integrity and safety.

​

Conservation/protection of stonework.

​

Liaison with architects, contractors and subcontractors.

David Lamb is a stonemason and craftsman of the highest order. Time served and fully qualified, David has specialised  as a cathedral stonemason and has a wealth of experienced in working on historic buildings and monuments. Established in 1999, David  has applied his skills in conservation, restoration and new builds around the globe. In his role as a Stonemason David  undertakes fixing & banker work, setting out, stone carving, conservation repairs and cleaning, bespoke work and national contracts.
